Railway undertakings service quality reports

On this page, you will find all the quality performance reports made available by railway undertakings in accordance with Article 29(2) of Regulation (EU) 2021/782 on rail passengers’ rights and obligations, as well as the reports previously made available by them under the (now repealed) Article 28(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1371/2007.

Art 29.2. Railway undertakings shall monitor their own performance as reflected in the service quality standards. By 30 June 2023, and every two years thereafter, they shall publish a report on their service quality performance on their website.
Such reports shall also be made available on the website of the European Union Agency for Railways.
