No, all Single Safety Certificates will be published automatically from One Stop Shop (OSS) in ERADIS. Only their revocation has to be submitted in ERADIS.

f the start date of the SSC is set in the future, a general search of ERADIS in the period up to that date will not display it.
However, you may find it in the “Advanced search” by ticking the box “All” in the validity period (please see screenshot below).

Only authorized users nominated by their National Safety Authority/ERA who belong to the same organisation as the certificate issuer will be able to revoke the respective SSC in ERADIS. In order to revoke certificates in ERADIS, you need to have a user account in ERADIS.

In order to revoke a certificate, you should belong to the same organization with the one issued the certificate. The functionality for the revocation will be displayed only to authorized users in accordance with the existing procedures (see picture below).
You will have to enter the revocation date, reason of revocation, internal decision number and to attach any required files. After that you have to submit the revocation which will be automatically published in ERADIS.
If you are not already registered in ERADIS, you have to fill in the form of the Request User Account by providing all the relevant details for the user account specifying which documents you need to submit.
Please provide your professional email address and select only the documents, which are relevant for submission by your organisation. You will be provided with all the relevant information once you have an ERADIS account.

If you cannot log into ERADIS, then most probably it means you need to reset your password. Please visit the ERA web page and follow the link “Forgot Your Password?” to reset your password.
You will receive a notification from the system. Your username name has been sent to you with all account’s details at the end of the registration process.
Please do not use your email address as a username because ERADIS will not accept it. Instead of copy/paste your credentials please type them carefully.
For all OSS user accounts, you have to reset your ERADIS password via this link.

These are the password policy rules:
- Passwords should not contain either your first name or your last name
- 8 characters minimum.
- Should contain minimum 3 out of:
- 1 uppercase
- 1 lowercase
- 1 digit (0 to 9)
- 1 special character (~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"',.?/)
