Service Quality Reports (SQR)

According to Article 29.2 of the Regulation (EU) 2021/782 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2021 on rail passengers’ rights and obligations, amending the Regulation (EC) No 1371/2007, Railway undertakings shall monitor their own performance as reflected in the service quality standards. By 30 June 2023, and every two years thereafter, they shall publish a report on their service quality performance on their website. Such reports shall also be made available on the website of the European Union Agency for Railways.

To submit Service Quality Reports for publication on the website of the Agency, please send it attached to: servicedeskatera [dot] europa [dot] eu (servicedesk[at]era[dot]europa[dot]eu).  

In your email, please provide the following information: 

  • Name of the authorised person who sends the report to the Agency;
  • Name of the Railway undertaking;
  • Reference year of the report;
  • Language of the report;
