Railway Educational Inventory
Phase 1: Pilot phase - Information gathering
Modern railways require our competence, our skills and creativity - every day. Rail offers already a multitude of interesting job opportunities for skilled people, with an expected increase in the coming years. ERA created this webpage to facilitate access to information about education and trainings in railways.
This initiative is currently in its pilot phase and will be filled with content in the coming months. The Educational Inventory does not claim to be complete and grows by the contributions we receive. Everyone is invited to promote this initiative and to contribute to this Educational Inventory. In the first pilot phase, ERA reviews all entries on their relevance to the EU rail regulatory framework. This means that ERA verifies, based on the title of the course/programme/degree/training and the description given by the applicants, if the course/programme/degree/training corresponds to the topics that fall within ERA’s mandate as stipulated in Regulation (EU) 2016/796.
