Following the entry into force of the new EU railway legal framework, the Agency can now support stakeholders and customers by offering the following chargeable services in conformity with Art. 64(2d) & 80(2c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/796 and Art. 2(3) & (4) of the Regulation (EU) 2018/764 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2021/1903.
The Agency shall apply fees and charges. The calculation of the fees and charges is foreseen in Article 3 of the Commission implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/764 of 2 May 2018 as amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1903.

Training and other appropriate activities related to the railway safety and interoperability legislation and related products of the Agency such as registers, implementation guides and recommendations Article 43 of Regulation (EU) 2016/796 and MB Decision n°338 on the recovery of cost of the Agency’s assistance in the form of trainings and other appropriate activities.
