DECISION n°275 of the Management Board of the European Union Agency for Railways on the extension of the derogation from the application of Annex to the Decision n° 141 on the implementation of Telework, as a measure pertaining to the Corona virus and ame

Considering the continuing COVID-19 situation, the expiration date for the derogation from the application of Annex to the Decision n° 141 on the implementation of Telework has been extended 31-12-2022, guaranteeing the safety and well-being of the Agency staff, as well as to leave the flexibility of the staff to have a teleworking regime of 50% on a 4-weekly basis.

This decision was adopted in meeting 57 on 23 November 2021.
