Improving ERTMS performance by integrating Human and Organisational Factors
The presentation explains how ERTMS performance can be improved by integrating Human and Organisational Factors. The topic is presented taking a systemic view. The aspects of human automation team-working, the changing role of staff in automated railway operation and human cognition, are described using an evidence-based approach.
