ERA is "looking for excellence in its diversity". The Agency values the diversity of its team and encourage a supportive cooperation among all staff without distinction striving for excellence.
Within ERA, the “Better together” initiative has been put in place for almost 5 years in order to steer our organisational culture towards the desired one. The promotion of diversity and inclusion is intrinsically linked to this initiative with several actions put in place such as a gender audit, speed networking or working on unbiased selection procedures.
We believe that this initiative and its related actions are a clear signal that ERA is actively promoting diversity and inclusion, an important European value, and joint its effort to the European Diversity Month 2024.
