IPA Rail Freight Seminar

At the beginning of December 2019, ERA and the European Commission's Directorate General DG NEAR signed a three years’ contract "Continuation of support to the IPA II beneficiaries by the European Union Agency for Railways (ERA) 2020 – 2022". This contract has been extended to the end of 2023. In this context ERA organises a rail freight seminar for railway experts from West Balkans and Türkiye. The two main topics covered will be transport of dangerous goods and related risk management and intramodality. This activity will be hosted by the Transport Community Permanent Secretariat and is organised back-to-back with a Digital Automatic Coupler (DAC) Demonstration for South East Europe on 14 September 2023 in Belgrade.
