SEW: from the HOF to the development of the organisational value of railway operators
The presentation proposes the rationale of the SEW method, the results of its application to a total sample of about 1,000 railway workers, case studies of the SEW intervention in two organisations (TFT, less than 100 employees, and TTPER, more than 1,000 employees), with indicators of effectiveness. In addition, the SEW Community project is introduced, which includes the publication of the SEW Handbook in open form, planned for June 2025.
DITS is a spin-off company of Sapienza University of Rome that develops and implements innovative products and services in in various railway-related fields, including support to railway companies for the implementation of their Safety Management System and training on railway safety, HOF and risk analysis.
