OSS Training in 2025

The European Union Agency for Railways is happy to inform that it is offering training sessions on the One-Stop Shop (OSS) system for both Applicant Representatives and ERA/NSA officers. The training will provide Applicant Representatives with the necessary skills to draft, submit, monitor, and access decisions for SSC or VA applications, while ERA/NSA officers will learn how to use the OSS to support assessment and decision-making tasks. The objective is to prepare users to fully make use of the OSS under the 4RP legislation, covering tasks such as submitting application files, communicating with assessment teams, and managing the assessment process. 

The training will take place via webinars, with sessions scheduled from March to April 2025 (see details here). Participants should have a solid understanding of SSC and/or VA processes and basic experience with web browsers and office tools. The training is free of charge, and all materials and sessions will be conducted in English.
