For 25 years at SNCF, I have alternately held the positions of train driver, driver manager, operational unit manager before joining the safety division of the Business Unit TER SUD. During this time, I graduated with a master's degree in management of risk organizations (ESCP - ICSI). I have recently taken on the position of HOF Expert and Referent of the APPPORT Network to promote HOF and Safety Culture within TER SNCF. 

HOF at the service of performance  

Presentation of an approach focused on HOF to transform the safety culture within the Direction of Ouest Provence Line TER SUD. The program is based on three pillars: managerial alignment, freedom of speech and the involvement of agents in security plans. The APPORT Network, with its collective of skills, plays a key role in supporting this approach, which aims to make each person a promotor of security, health and safety. Results include reduced incidents and better communication. However, challenges remain, including maintaining momentum over the long term.

The SNCF Group offers different solutions of mobility for passenger and freight transport, and logistics solutions in France and abroad. The Regional Transport Sector operates the daily local services throughout France via its 11 local Business Units.
