Agency proposal for the Commission Implementing Act on ‘EC’ declaration of verification of subsystems and templates

On request of the Commission, in accordance with its work programme, the Agency has developed a proposal for the Commission Implementing Act on ‘EC’ declaration of verification of subsystems and templates, as referred to in Articles 9(4), 15(9) and 24(4) of Directive (EU) 2016/797.
