[Amended by MB n° 290] DECISION n°195 of the Management Board of the European Union Agency for Railways adopting the Amended Agency’s Impact Assessment Methodology

Following to the Agency reorganisation in summer 2018, the procedure, adopted by the Management Board in 2017 (Decision n°149), required an alignment to reflect responsibilities at present. In addition, in the context of the Agency’s ISO 9001 certification and continuous improvement, the procedure has been simplified in the approval step.
