The Agency has made significant modifications to ERATV, enabling a more modern and secure user management.

As previously announced, the Agency has made significant modifications to ERATV, enabling a more modern and secure user management. 

From now on, access to ERATV is via your email address: 

  • For organisations already using Microsoft environment: authentication will follow your organisation’s policy and ERATV may not require an additional password. If prompted for a password, please enter your laptop/company password. 
  • For organisations not using Microsoft environment: access will be via your email address. Microsoft will send you a one-time passcode to your email, so please check your mailbox.  

You must no longer use the old ERATV username and password to sign in, they will not work.

Authentication steps may vary depending on your organsation: you may be required to use Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), such as a pin code to your mobile, an email, or an app on your smartphone. These requirements are controlled by your organisation, not ERA.

Technical note

In case of issues, please perform first the following steps before contacting us: 

  • Open your browser in private mode (also know as incognito mode, depending on the browser);
  • Copy/paste this url https://eratv.era.europa.eu;
  • Enter your standard professional email address: 
    • If a password is required: enter your company/laptop password; 
    • If a code is required: access your mailbox, find the last email received (containing “account verification code” in the subject), copy paste the code and enter ERATV. 
  • If it is not successful, copy paste the URL https://srm-portal.powerappsportals.com/ and then follow the steps as above;
  • If it is still not successful, please contact us for resolution including the screenshots of the errors received.
