I’ve forgotten my password. What shall I do?

If you have forgotten your password or it doesn’t work, please visit the following ERA web pages:

• Or https://srmportal.era.europa.eu/ and follow the link “Forgot Your Password?” to reset your password.

These are the password policy rules:

• Passwords should not contain either your first name or your last name
• 8 characters minimum.
• Should contain minimum 3 out of:
  • 1 uppercase
  • 1 lowercase
  • 1 digit (0 to 9)
  • 1 special character (~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"',.?/)
