Isabel Pardo de Vera is a Civil Engineer, expert in development, implementation and monitoring of strategic plans, preparation and execution of high-impact and complex projects, contingency management and action protocols, regulatory frameworks and regulations on mobility, energy and telecommunications. She has been part of multiple Boards of Directors, both as Executive President and Director, and has assisted as General Director of the Senior Management Committee.
