Julia Burggraaf
Researcher
Julia Burggraaf’s fascination with human behaviour and human error led her to a master in Cognitive Psychology, with extra attention for statistics. After graduation, she worked at a Human Factors consultancy and a risk management company specialised in bowties and other barrier-based risk models. She performed her PhD research at the Safety and Security Section of the Delft University of Technology and ProRail, the Dutch rail infrastructure manager, combining (big) data and psychology expertise.
