Pour garantir cela, il existe une réglementation rigoureuse et en constante évolution, adaptée aux avancées des techniques et des technologies.
Ces normes soulèvent des questions pour les opérateurs, les exploitants, les constructeurs et leurs sous-traitants : Comment sont-elles élaborées ? D'où viennent-elles ? Comment éviter la sur-réglementation ? Pour répondre à ces questions, l’Agence de l’Union européenne pour les chemins de fer présentera les principes et le cadre législatif général des chemins de fer dans l’UE.
Pour les industriels du ferroviaire (opérateurs et les exploitants) - représentés par l'AIF notamment dans les Hauts-de-France - CERTIFER nous expliquera comment il accompagne les projets ferroviaires dans toutes leurs composantes, de la conception à la construction, en passant par l'exploitation et la maintenance.
Enfin, dans notre monde numérisé, la filière ferroviaire relève de la directive européenne NIS2 (Network and Information Security 2). Cette directive a des exigences informatiques et managériales. Pourquoi a-t-elle été mise en place ? Quels sont ses apports ? Quel est le lien avec le monde ferroviaire ? Sésame Expertises répondra à ces questions.

Rail transport is the safest, most efficient, and most sustainable means of moving passengers and goods across Europe. To ensure this, there is strict and constantly evolving regulation, adapted to advances in techniques and technologies.
These standards raise questions for operators, contractors, manufacturers, and their subcontractors: How are they developed? Where do they come from? How can over-regulation be avoided? To answer these questions, the European Union Agency for Railways will present the general legislative framework and principles of railways in the EU.
For rail industry professionals (operators and contractors) — represented by AIF, particularly in Hauts-de-France — CERTIFER will explain how they support rail projects in all their components, from design to construction, as well as operation and maintenance.
Lastly, in our digitised world, the rail sector falls under the European NIS2 Directive (Network and Information Security 2). This directive has both IT and managerial requirements. Why was it introduced? What are its benefits? How does it relate to the rail industry? Sésame Expertises will answer these questions.
