Authorisation to be renewed

Decision taken by an authorising entity according to which an authorisation for a vehicle type needs to be renewed in accordance with Article 24(3) of Directive (EU) 2016/797 and no vehicle may be authorised to be placed on the market on the basis of its conformity to the given type. Authorisation to be renewed status for a vehicle type does not affect the vehicles already in use.
