Implementing rules

Until 2018, the detailed rules for the implementation of the Financial Regulation. They were set out in a Commission Regulation adopted after consulting all institutions and could not alter the Financial Regulation upon which they depend. They no longer exist, as the new Financial Regulation contains all those rules.
