National Safety Authorities and National Investigation Bodies annual reports
According to Article 19 of the Railway Safety Directive (EU) 2016/798, each year the National Safety Authority (NSA) shall publish an annual report concerning its activities in the preceding year and send it to the Agency by 30 September at the latest.
According to Article 24 (3), each year the investigating body (NIB) shall publish by 30 September an annual report accounting for the investigations carried out in the preceding year, the safety recommendations that were issued and actions taken in accordance with recommendations issued previously.
