Railway undertakings service quality reports
According to the Rail passenger's right regulation (EC Regulation 1371/2007 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2021/782 Art. 29.2), you will find all the quality performance reports produced by the Railway Undertakings..
Art 29.2. Railway undertakings shall monitor their own performance as reflected in the service quality standards. By 30 June 2023, and every two years thereafter, they shall publish a report on their service quality performance on their website.
Such reports shall also be made available on the website of the European Union Agency for Railways..
